Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13, 1981) is an American actor from the United States. His career began as a character actor in television series including Opposite Sexual Sex in the year 2000. The actor gained acclaim for his role as the Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans continued to appear in movies based on comics: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) Snowpiercer The Snowpiercer(2013). Evans gained more attention for his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in a variety of Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). The Marvel films have made him one of Hollywood's most well-paid actors.
